The Quality Series a.k.a Quality Journey (QJ)  质量系列也叫品质之旅

In the business world, if making more money is the ‘Why’ of your Total Quality Management (TQM) initiative then the ‘what & how’ is the Quality Journey that you should be embarking with me.

在商业世界里,如果赚更多的钱,是倡议全面质量管理(TQM)的原因,那么,,你应该与我一起开始进行品质之旅。

Quality Journey is not a luxury journey nor is it the journey you embark to change the path when hit by crisis.  The key intent in the Quality Journey is meeting customers’ requirement and making them successful. The benefit at the end of the day is all stakeholders including the suppliers are successful achieving Quality Work; Quality Life.

品质之旅不是一种奢侈的旅程,也不是当你面临危机时改变路径的旅程。品质之旅的主要目的是满足客户的需求,使他们获得成功。好处是,在结束的那一天,所有利益相关者包括供应商,能成功地实现高质量工作、高质量的生活。

There are three principles that underlying the Quality Journey – Business Excellence, Social Networking & Meeting Customer Requirement.

品质之旅的三个基本原则是 – 业务卓越、社会网络与满足顾客需求。

 

 

The Business Excellence Framework   
The business excellence framework captured the imagination of successful company and has a powerful impact on any business that pursues it.  It is clear that the business excellence framework criteria represent a better diagnostic tool available to help the organization reinvent themselves to make more money in the 21st century and beyond. If for no other reason than the implementation of the business excellence framework, ask tough questions most managers never have been addressed before.  In doing so, the business excellence framework forces managers to rethink how they can run their business and to redesign them for the better. 卓越的业务框架

卓越的业务框架能展现成功公司的形象和对所追求的任何业务具有强大的影响。很显然,卓越商业架构的标准是指具有一个比较好的诊断工具可以帮助组织重塑自我,并在21世纪里赚更多的钱。如果没有别的原因,大多数管理者之前从来没有对卓越的业务框架的实施提出过尖锐的问题。这样,卓越的业务框架迫使经理们重新思考他们如何可以运行自己的业务,并重新设计得更好。 (从良好、最好到更好)

The Social Networking
Today’s teamwork hardly works because we are facing younger workforce. These youngsters have been dubbed ‘Linksters’ for their need to be connected to one another 24/7. They rely on their favorite platforms to shape their ideas on just about anything; they even start to see online opinion as a type of crowd-sourced conscience. The Quality Journey into the 21st century and beyond must be hip and sexy with the linksters so as to capture the crowd-sourced quality conscience mindset.

如今的团队精神很难起作用,因为我们现在所面对的是年轻化员工队伍。这些年轻人被称为“联结者”,因为他们7天24小时都在和另一个人链接。他们依靠自己喜爱的平台来分享他们的任何想法,他们甚至开始关注网上的建议,比如众包的中恳建议。为了抓住众包质量理念,21世纪及以后的品质之旅和“联结者”一定是性感的/热门的。

The Customer Requirement

The concept of customer has to change. We don’t have internal customer. Consultants always used this meaningless clichés that you have internal & external customers. If you follow the consultants’ advice that you have internal customers, you will be unable to sustain a quality culture because internal customer is one of your major constraint and also one of the many root causes that when the time is bad, it is okay to lay off thousands of them. You only have one type of customer that is the external customer.  It is the reason you are still in business today.

客户需求

观念必须改变。我们没有内部客户。顾问们总是用这种毫无意义的陈词滥调–你有内部和外部的客户。如果按照顾问的建议,你有内部的客户,您将无法维持优质的文化,因为内部客户是你的主要制约因素之一,也是根本原因之一,当时机不好时,可以裁成千上万的人。你只需要一种类型的客户,就是外部客户。这是为什么你仍然屹立于今天的商业。

OLD SYSTEM, NEW DEMAND
The Quality Journey adopts the PDCA&E approach to change the way organizations run their businesses. How they developed a playfulness vision for a better workplace and how the Business Excellence Framework can help them to achieve their vision? There are many quality stories and I can say are very much a human story. It is also filled with twists and turns with successes and failures as well as with the processes of unlearning & relearning.

I don’t have all the answers. The Quality Journey is a painful path and a long, tedious journey that you look for answers to those questions in your mind.  Like many human stories that I will share with you, many begins with quick-fix success story to disasters.

我没有答案。你在看这些问题时,质量之旅是一个痛苦的行程和冗长乏味的旅程。我将与大家分享很多故事,大多数是从快速成功变成灾难的故事。

 

There is something about quality that never felt right and it is hard to tell 8 million people in this world to change and adapt to FSYQualipreneur’s Quality Journey way of life to achieve Quality Work, Quality Life … So hey! Don’t take it personally on FSYQualipreneur .
