The Unexpected Quality Journey.

I am very keen to explore my core competent subject with you that is my Unexpected Quality Journey.

You don’t need someone from the outside to talk about quality improvement process. You feel reasonably confident, competent, and thoroughly satisfied with your current quality improvement process skills in your organization.

Excellent! I congratulate you and your company But if you are like most of the companies that have muttered we do have quality processes issues more than once. You probably have issues with your quality improvement process and your operation is not Quality Certainty. That’s why you need someone from the outside to look inside out for you.

If your Cost of Quality (COQ) for 2013 is estimated around 15-25 percent of your sales figure, here’s to your New Year, A new Challenge to half your COQ in 2014.

I could be wrong about that, and I hope that I am.

Even if your COQ is not 15-25 percent of your 2013 sales figure, we know that as quickly as you put a Quality Certainty Process that responds to your customer requirement and the needs of its users, that will change your operations tomorrow and Quality things will happen.

I trust you’ll let me know so that I can share a few tips and techniques that may hold secrets that you might need.

But right now, this instant, think of a work process in your department that is a certainty.

Don’t dislike quality improvement process!

I believe, and you may agree that quality improvement process is credible, brief, and direct resources on quality certainty – solid knowledges and best practices, not vague generic ‘quality principles” and certainly not “communication theory.”

In short, you want to know what works and why. You want to know right from wrong, good from bad.  You want to know what is just opinion and what, if anything, is carved in stone.  You’ll find answers to the these questions.

  • What is this – the Unexpected Quality Journey about?
  • How do I make my operation quality process certainty?
  • What do I do? How do I do it?
  • How do I reduce half of my COQ?
  • How should we assemble a quality group?
  • How do we orchestrate it?
  • Where do I begin, and how?
  • What should I do with my current process?
  • How do I win over resistant to change and for all?
  • How can I tell what my manager wants?”
  • How do I translate complicated processes?

The Unexpected Quality Journey answers every one of the above questions and many more that you haven’t even thought of yet.

You may not like the answers. You may disagree with the answers.
Fair enough. Let’s start the Unexpected Quality Journey, listen, consider, pick and choose those tools that you can implement and execute it.

Everyone consultants promises to help you change your culture. There are tons of books writing about it for four decades. But when I tantalize you with the notion of achieving Quality Work; Quality Life and tell you how to get there, that’s a big challenge, but it is achievable because I offer here a 15 year of Quality Improvement process secrets, developed through trail & errors and refined in the forge of 30+ years of working experiences.

On the other side of things, I would like to hear your own quality improvement stories that illustrate challenges particularly to your own workplace.

The various sub-disciplines in business – finance, marketing, accounting, human resources, and such like – have their special needs, even as they are all tractable to the fundamental and advanced techniques of the Unexpected Quality Journey.

So think deep.

Consider the personal competitive advantage that can be yours when you develop a World Class Quality Certainty through the Unexpected Quality Journey skills.

Learn not to dislike Quality Improvement Process by consulting my company that operate as a Business Management Consultancy in Total Quality and Health Safety Environmental Management Systems to businesses, commerce’s, industries and engineering in all their respective branches as necessary. Particularly as an advisory role to direct and manage implementation as well as to provide courses or seminars to all levels of personnel.

If I can help you out with any other resolutions, don’t hesitate to reach out to me and tell me how.

Here’s to an awesome 2014.

Happy new year!
